You may be ticketed by overzealous cops if they think you are loitering or planning to camp on the beach for the night.
Kuhio Beach Park, the central part of Waikiki Beach, is open from 5:00 am to midnight.
Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park is open from 5:00 am to 2:00 am.
Kapiolani Park is closed from 12:00 am to 5:00 am.
